Traders are competitors. We want to win, but the pressure we put on ourselves to win can hurt our passion…this is something I think we all go through as traders. We put a ton of pressure on ourselves to win and it hurts our passion. This is a big problem because our passion is what takes us to the places we want to reach in our careers. Having struggled with stress and anxiety over the years because of the pressure I have put on myself to perform I have learned how to remove some of that pressure in my trading.
