Everyone can tell you right now to be patient and disciplined, but in this type of volatility, if you didn’t do your preparation to know what you’re looking for to get in or out of the market, you have no idea what to be patient or disciplined for.

During volatile times, you have to be hyper-focused on your game and slow everything down around you. Don’t get caught up on the WHY, focus on the NOW.
